"The title of this presentation is really interesting", said David Mitchell, at a recent UDIA forum in Hervey Bay "It's interesting because you actually don't have to beat building costs down......they are falling anyway" David also mentions that the cost of construction really isn't the key, the key is how you operate in current and future markets.
