Creating Cost Certainty

Certainty is created by drawing on our wisdom to be entrepreneurial and to pick the shortest path; using market intelligence to make rational decisions; and leveraging off technology to compile information and explore alternatives with speed and accuracy.

At Mitchell Brandtman we create certainty by understanding what you are trying to achieve, collaborating to come up with the optimum outcome, and providing precise relevant advice.

We focus on 4 main areas of operation throughout CBD and regional areas of NSW, ACT and QLD. These teams provide a dedicated service to their clients and are experts in their field.

5D Cost Planning

Working with Developers, Architects and Contractors to deliver traditional Quantity Surveying Services in a very non-traditional way. We push the boundary on new technology and are at the forefront of creating benefits for our clients and colleagues through embracing change rather than just talking about it.

Financiers' Quantity Surveyor

Our team of industry experts including Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Programmers and Defects Experts provide construction risk advice to Financiers and Developers. Our services range from a cost audit on a low risk project, through to immersing ourselves in a project and providing dedicated Superintendent and Project Management services on distressed or high risk projects.

Tax and Asset Management

Working with Investors, Real Estate, Bodies Corporate and Facility Managers we provide services to owners and managers of income producing properties to allow them to maximise their cash flow and maintain their assets.

Construction Expert Opinion

Our panel of industry experts provide Expert Opinion and Advisory Services relating to all areas of construction. From in-house advice, to mediation, case preparation and supreme court action, our team are practising professionals who mix real world experience with current court experience.

BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Cube
The BEP Cube represents a shift in behaviour. It supports the 5D QS approach to pull information from the model and push back accurate cost data at the right time for the design team to receive it.
5D QS Methodology
The 5D Cost Management Methodology follows the traditional QS project pathway but integrates into the BIM execution plan at the outset, allowing for accurate and timely cost analysis at any point throughout the design process, during construction and post construction.
